Basic Rolls via Breadmaker

ingredients
7 1/2 ounces (3/4 cup + 3 tbsp) warm water
3 cups bread flour
2 tbsp dry milk
3 1/2 tbsp sugar
1 teaspoon salt
3 tbsp butter/margarine
2 tsp yeast

instructions
1 add liquid ingredients to pan
2 add dry ingredients except yeast. tap pan to settle dry ingredients. level ingredients by pushing mixture into corners. place butter into corners.
3 make a well in center of dry ingredients. add yeast. lock pan into bread maker.
4 program bread maker.
5 when done take bread out on floured surface and let rise for 15 minutes.
6 follow shape instructions (below) placed on greased baking panes cover and let rise for 45 minutes ot an hour. brush with buter or slightly beaten egg whites. bake at 350 for 15 to 20 minutes.

cresent rolls
1 divide into 4 equal pieces. roll into circle approx. 1/4 inch think.
2 cut each cirle into 6 pie shaped wedges
3 roll each wedges from wide end to narrow tip.
4 curve ends to form cresnet
5 place on greased cookie sheets. let rolls rise doube in size.

four leaf clover rolls
1 roll into 18 balls.
2 with scissors cut balls into quarters
3 brused with softened butter
4 let rolls rise double in size

for cloverleaf rolls
1 divde dough into 54 equl sized pieces. roll each piece into a ball.
2 place 3 balls into greased muffin cup
3 brush with softened butter. let rise.

bread sticks
1 divde dough into 4 equal pieces. divide each pice into 6 portions.
2 roll each piece into a rope 8 inces long. placed onto greased cookie sheets. 1 inch apart.
3 brush with egg white/water mixture and sprinkle iwht sesame seeds, poppy seeds, garlic salt, grated parmesan cheese, or other topping.
4 cover and let rise.
*for drier breadsticks reduce oven temp to 300 after 10 minutes baking and bake 20 to 30 minutes longer.
