calzones

2 1/2 teaspoons yeast
1 cup warm water
2 1/2 cups flour
1 teaspoon honey
1 teaspoon salt
2 Tablespoons olive oil
cornmeal (If you are making pizza you need cornmeal, if you are making calzones you can just oil the pan really well)
pizza toppings

Directions: In your kitchen aid add warm water. Use a spoon to mix yeast in until it dissolves. Mix the flour and salt together then add half the dry mixture to the bowl. Use dough hook to start mixing, then add the honey and olive oil. Add the rest of the dry mixture and mix until correct consistency. Let the dough rest for fifteen minutes before using. If using cornmeal sprinkle it on the pan before spreading the dough out to use.

pizza dough via breadmaker

Ingredients (double for a big pizza)
6 ounces (3/4 cup) warm water
2 tbsp vegetable oil
2 cups all purpose/ bread flour
1/2 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp salt
2 tsp yeast
pizza sauce
cheese
toppings
instructions
1 add water and vegetable oil to pan
2 add flous, sugar, and salt to pan. tap pan to settle dry ingredients. level ingredients by pushing mixture into corners. place butter into corners.
3 make a well in center of dry ingredients. add yeast. lock pan into bread maker.
4 program bread maker. dough. after done knead 1 minute and let rest for 15 minutes.
5 roll out to it greased pan. form crust. let dough rise for 20 to 25 minutes.
6 spread pizza sauce over crust with cheese and toppings. bake 425 for 20 to 25 minutes. let rest 5 minutes before cutting.
