carmel popcorn

2 microwave bags of popcorn or 2 large bowls popped popcorn
1 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. light Karo syrup
1 c. butter
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. baking soda
Place popped corn in brown paper grocery bag. it should come up to the first fold.Put sugar, syrup and butter in microwaveable dish and cook 2 minutes on high. Stir then cook 1 more minute on high. Add vanilla and baking soda, whip until frothy, then pour over popcorn in bag. Seal bag top by rolling down the top.
Microwave on high for 30 seconds. Shake the bag. Repeat by cooking for 30 seconds 2 to 3 more times, shaking the bag in between until popcorn is well coated. Put popcorn into bowl(s) toss the bag!

Cinnamon Rolls via Breadmaker

Ingredients 
6 1/2 ounces (3/4 cup + 1 tbsp) warm milk
1 egg
3 cups bread flour
3 tbsp sugar
1/2 tsp salt
4 tbsp butter/margarine
2 teaspoons yeast

filling
1/3 cup butter/margarine (softened)
1/3 cup sugar
2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp nutmeg (optional)
1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional)

frosting
1 cup powdered sugar
1 to 2 tsp milk
1/2 teaspoon vanilla

instructions
1 add warm milk and egg to pan
2 add bread flour, 3 tbsp sugar, and salt to pan. tap pan to settle dry ingredients. level ingredients by pushing mixture into corners. place butter into corners.
3 make a well in center of dry ingredients. add yeast. lock pan into bread maker.
4 program bread maker. dough.
5. place dough on floured surface. knead 1 minute. let rest for 15 minutes.
6. roll dough into a rectangle (about 15 x 10 inches). Spread 1/3 cup butter over dough w/in 1 inch of edges. Ssprinkle sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg and nuts evenly over dough. Roll dough tightly on long side. use dental floss to cut "log." place rolls on a greased pan. coer and let rise for 30 to 45 minutes.
7. bake 375 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes.

Peanut Butter Cookies

1 cup sugar
1 egg
1 cup peanut butter

Mix ingredients together. Cook @ 350 on an ungreased cookie sheet for about 5 minutes.
